Some tips to check out while booking

• Most venues have a mininum / maximum number of children so check it out
• How many supervisors will they supply
• Is the food included in the price and what food is available
• Do they supply the party bags
• If it is an activity venue is there plenty of drink be it water or squash as the kids get really thirsty (you don-t want to end up buying loads of bottles drinks!)
• Can you have the party without the food or bring your own food (this might cut down on cost)
• Organising the kids to the venue / you might need to rope afew parents in to transport the kids to and from the venue
• Have some sort of sheet to record the kids parents name and mobile in case of those little emergencies!
