Recently Innocent organized a Twitter party #innocentdrinks asking for ideas for lunch boxes (which will be put into a little book of tips) - it was fun to see all the tweets with tips and hints and tried & tested suggestions.

We have also been chosen to be part of the Innocent Lunch Box Panel, receiving a lunchbox with some fun stickers, innocent smoothies, fruit tubes and some of the new juicy drinks in apple & orange flavour.

Here's our lunchbox for tomorrow:

• raspberries
• crunchy sugar snap peas
• sesame breadsticks
• salami slices with capers (sometimes olives are good too)
• innocent fruit tube
• oat biscuits

To accompany tomorrow will be water, although sometimes we do soup in a flask e.g. butternut squash & chorizo which is a favourite of my daughter's.

Other days we might put in:

• tuna mayo on a roll or peanut butter sandwich
• pasta salad with peas and cheese
• a yoghurt
• low-sugar almond cereal bar
