Bow Waves Summer Sailing Camp 2010

When is a better time to sail than now? With the excitement of the return of the Volvo Ocean race returning to the Crystal Galway shores it’s a super time to get out and about and learn how to sail.

Bow Waves Sailing Camp is a fantastic way to learn to sail as well as practicing and improving skills gained previously. The groups progress together, not only learning new sailing skills, but building new relationships and friends too…

The program is tailored to meet each student’s particular needs while keeping the focus on fun, safety, and learning.

Our experienced and professional instructors ensure that the activities throughout the week are both challenging and achievable for all the students while setting an exciting tone for the program overall.

Our ratios are 1 instructor to 6 students; each student receives an ISA (Irish Sailing Association) logbook, in which they track their progress, not just for the camp but for their entire sailing career

Unlike other sports; Sailing is a fun sport for life, opening up endless opportunities and equipping the sailor with valuable life skills. It has challenges to offer for all age groups.
