Salthill, the perfect day out...is child’s play!

Welcome to the perfect family holiday for kids, mums and dads. Salthill has lots to offer everyone, from the youngest to the oldest.

We have pristine blue flag beaches that are safe for kids and relaxing for parents. They’re great for swimming, wading, watersports and treasure-hunting. Go swimming, diving, wind surfing and don’t forget your bucket and spade!

There’s lots to see and do along the way including Ireland’s largest aquarium, dedicated family walking routes, crazy golf, from an amusement & water park designed especially for children to an adventure centre that offers exciting fun for all ages.

The Failte Salthill Family Activity Trails have been designed by Mykidstime.ie in association with Failte Salthill so that you won’t miss anything out when visiting Salthill. They comprise three trails around Salthill and are designed to make it easier for parents to plan a family day out in Salthill, each trail is a loop featuring family friendly activities, restaurants and cafes, shops, baby-changing facilities and playgrounds.
