Oughterard Playground

The new Oughterard Playground has equipment suitable for children from two to 12 with a junior and senior area.

Within the junior area there is swings with cradle seats, climbing structure-2-6 yrs, ambulance springer, fun phone, see saw and play panels.

Within the senior area there is a swing, climbing structure and roundabout.

The surfacing is wetpour with images and there are benches and bins in the playground. There are also thermoplastic images as well in the playground a hopscotch, compass and a 1-12 counter snake.

The playground is on your right hand side as you are entering Oughterard. There is a petrol station on the left and opposite this there is a car park for the GAA pitch and the playground is beside this.
